In fair to poor condition with tarnishing, corrosion, paint spatter, faded or damaged lettering etc. The hands show signs of bending and have had some form of paper or card glued on and removed. The bubble glass crystal has minor chips along the edges and it appears to be missing a retaining nut at the center. We have not plugged it in to test it and you should assume that it does not work. There may be other damage that we missed - please see pics.
