Here is the most fabulous vintage solid silver & moss agate brooch. The brooch measures one & a half inches by nearly two inches & is all made of solid silver. The brooch has a lovely pierced quality arts & craft style style silver mount all the way round & inset is a real scottish moss agate. The agate is polished, slightly cabouchon, with the most fabulous colouring & markings in good detail. On the back is a pin & rolling Cclasp working well & it is not marked where i can see, but tested & guarranteed solid silver & this looks to be a shipton & co piece & it came with the identical matching piece in a pendant form, which is hallmarked & makers mark for shipton & havent polished it, so will look fabulous after a good polish. This really is a fabulous vintage quality scottish moss agate brooch in very good origional complete condition & a really beautiful fine quality example of these.
