WELS 

Plumbing products in Australia must have a valid WaterMark certification before you can register them under the Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards (WELS) scheme.

WaterMark is a certification mark provided by independent certifying authorities. It confirms the product:

• complies with the plumbing code of Australia
• is fit for purpose
• meets relevant Australian Standards relating to product quality, including health and safety.
• Certification is required before a licenced plumber can install plumbing products, in accordance with state and territory plumbing regulations.

At 2Magpies we only sell taps that meet this high level of certification, to ensure our products are suitable for the Australian market. They have no toxic metals and can be installed by a registered plumber. 

Hassle-Free Returns

If you decide you don't want a product, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund via Ebay. Refunds will be issued when the goods have been inspected and they are seen to be undamaged and with all the parts present. You will need to pay the cost of returning the product to our West Australian warehouse.

Simply speak with us via ebay and we'll be happy to discuss your return.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used or installed. In order for your return to be accepted, please ensure items are packaged as they were sent out, and that they are in a resalable condition. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning their item and if  you are exchanging your item, you will also be required to pay the delivery cost of your new item.

Shipping

All our items are dispatched from our Australian warehouses, with the main one being in Perth, Western Australia.  We ship to any address within Australia.

Under normal circumstances items will be dispatched within 24 hours of ordering with the exception of those that are ordered at the weekend.

Shipping usually takes 3 to 8 working days from being dispatched from the warehouse. If a tracking number is provided, please use the tracking service of the courier to get near real-time updates on the location of your orders . All fees for dispatching and shipping are included within your Ebay costs during payment.

Pick-up is available from our location in Perth near South Fremantle. Should you wish to collect your order reach out to us through Ebay and we will arrange a convenient time.
