Lovely Victorian Elaborate Hair Mourning & Picture Locket Swivel Brooch

Here is a really lovely victorian hair mourning locket swivel brooch. The brooch is oval measuring two & a quarter inches by two & a half inches and is all set in pinchbeck. The frame is quite unusual as it has lovely early unusual engravings to it as its plain on one side and elaborate on the other side. With the plain side having its locket compartment which is empty ready to put photos or keepsakes in and the other has a lovely  typical  hair, which has been made into a lovely elaborate quality early design in light brown & dark brown hair, curled with a arrow in hair & white beads  etc. This locket is very typical victorian and is a swivel brooch working fine and a mourning brooch and comes complete with its pin & Cclasp working well & it has a bail for attatching a safety chain & dates clearly to the victorian era & just needs a polish. This really is a lovely victorian mouring brooch in very good origional condition and a lovely unusual example of these.
