I'm very particular about the care of my items. I pay close attention to the details of their storage, cleaning & restoration (if applicable). I clean & disinfect all of my items with mild cleansers & use very gentle cleaning methods at a special appointment with Brooxie's pony spa : ). If applicable, hair has been washed, styled & dried in a heat-free dryer for 48 hours. Curls are not created using heat. Unless noted in this written description, no major modifications have been performed on the item while in my care, i.e. no hair cuts (it's not in my ponyosophy to cut their hair ( :), no paint work, no mending, etc. I'm also very particular about & employ proper shipping techniques.

Please note that many of my items come from my personal collection. I have, however, sourced some of my items from outside sources & have very little to no history on the item(s) prior to being in my possession & I appreciate your understanding on this matter. If item shows signs of any major flaws or manufacturing defects, it will be mentioned. I do my absolute best to accurately represent all of my items, but please keep in mind that although I'm an avid MLP collector, I'm not an expert & it's important read my description carefully & to look at all attached photos carefully prior to bidding/buying.

All of my items come from a clean, smoke-free & dog happy home : ). All of my items are stored well away from any contact with the pups.

MULTIPLE ITEMS, SHIPPING & COMBINED SHIPPING INFO:

I ship your item(s) 1-3 business days (1 during Xmas season) after purchase. If you need your item quickly, please send me a message to let me know. I charge very reasonable shipping fees. Please keep in mind that your pony(ies) will be packaged using proper packaging materials to preserve and protect your collectible and that packaging materials cost money. It is also my top priority to ship my items very promptly and in many cases, this requires trips to the post office. I kindly ask that you please take this into consideration before leaving less than optimal shipping cost feedback.

I do combine shipping. For auction items, I prefer that they be items that end within a few days from each other, & I expect the buyer's prompt communication to let me know they intend to bid on/buy additional items either before or immediately after the end of the first won item's auction. I expect that a buyer to please let me know when they're done bidding/buying & need an invoice issued.

For combined orders, you can: 1. add your items to your cart, click request total from seller & click commit to buy. Please wait for me to send you an invoice BEFORE you pay for multiple items as I will send a combined invoice reflecting the combined shipping total once I pull & weigh everything together. OR 2. If preferred, a buyer can proceed to pay for individual listings including all ship costs for each. Shoot me a message & I will subsequently issue a refund for the difference & ship your items all together. It the multiple items weigh greater than 16oz, please be aware they’ll ship Priority Mail which costs more.

My default shipping service option for any & all items plus packaging materials weighing 16oz or less is USPS First Class Mail. If the USPS Priority Mail option is preferred, please chose the Priority Mail option when checking out through PayPal. Weights of any items or combined items over 16oz will ship USPS Priority Mail.

On higher valued items, I’ll cover the cost & purchase shipping insurance so any shipping losses or damages occurring during shipping will be covered for both my customer & myself.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International shipments will be processed ONLY through eBay's Global Shipping Program (GSP) due to the inbuilt buyer and seller protections the program provides. International buyers will be issued an invoice by eBay from which to complete an international purchase. EBay's invoice will assess the additional shipping, handling and all other international shipping related expenses as part of your purchase. Sellers have ZERO visibility of GSP fees up front and therefore, I cannot quote actual shipping costs ahead of time. Sellers receive payment for ONLY their nominal shipping charges and the difference is paid to eBay's GSP. I kindly ask that you please take this into consideration before leaving less than optimal shipping cost feedback.

I very much appreciate your understanding regarding the GSP. These costs are estimated and collected entirely by eBay. Sellers have NO control over the additional shipping, handling, import duties, and other costs related to a purchase shipped internationally. I have shipped all over the world through the GSP and all have delivered successfully without issue to very happy customers! : )

At this time, combined shipping is available through eBay's GSP; however, I’m unsure how effective it is at combining the domestic costs. I'm happy to create a custom listing to combine multiple items into a single listing for an international buyer. Please be aware that it's normal for the GSP costs to be a bit higher for a multiple item listing (vs. single item listing). I'm happy to help reduce the shipping how I can, yet please take this into consideration beforehand as to be respectful of the considerable time investment it takes to create custom listings.

RETURNS:

Please contact me about a request for return. I truly strive to accurately & transparently describe my items, as this is extremely important to me as a collector. I accept returns within 30 days on a case by case basis & only if item(s) is/are grossly misrepresented on my part in description and/or applicable photos. Please note that any minor manufacturing anomalies, errors, flaws, pinpoint specks/manufacturing flaws in paint or molded plastic parts, small bits of glue residues, etc. should be considered normal & will not be subject for return.

Return shipping with tracking number/delivery confirmation to be paid by buyer. Buyer is responsible for providing me with the return shipping tracking number/delivery confirmation information via eBay's messaging system. Refund (total cost minus initial shipping fee) will be issued promptly after item(s) is/are received in the exact condition in which it/they was/were originally packaged and shipped by me.
