Please always refer to listing pictures for visible condition of the handset


Grade A+ (Like new, pristine, refurbished)

The phone will be in perfect condition and look like new. No marks or scratches


Grade A

The phone will be in very good condition. Very minor marks to screen/housing.

There will not be any scratches, chips, or dents


Grade B

The phone will be in a good condition. There will be visible marks or scratches to screen/housing.

No deep scratches or significant number of scratches. There may be a small dent to casing/bezel


Grade C

There will be signs of heavy wear and tear. There may also be numerous scratches that can be deeper than the surface scratches.

There will not be any missing parts or cracks to the screen. Housing/bezel may have scratches/dents/missing paint.
