About the Structure of Type R Twist Lock Flap Discs:  31PCS small 15x12mm zirconia abrasive, X-wt polyester cloth backing sanding discs are bonded tightly on the high strength plastic plate.

High Performance Self-Fracturing Zirconia Abrasive:  Premium imported zirconia abrasive fractures frequently to continually produce fresh sharp points and deliver a faster cut-rate than aluminum oxide. Developed for heavy stock removal.

Strong X-Weight Polyester Cloth Backing:  Offering flexibility, high strength, well-suited for handling medium to high pressure applications

Advanced Grain Planting Technic: Dense zirconia grain helps increase working efficiency and deliver better deburring or blending results

Resin over Resin Bonding:  High strength resin bond system provides superior grain support, resist heat and humidity for longer life than usual resin over glue bond.
