Very Clean with some minor wear, most notably the lower right corner as seen in the last picture, which is not very significant.

I am selling off a Large Collection for a friend of mine, so check my page if you are interested in other PC games as well as console games.

The games have all sat in storage for many years and were just recently unearthed.  I went through and inspected all of them myself.  Some may still be a bit aged but I did go through and give a quick clean to all of them the best I could.

Feel free to reach out with any questions and I will do my best to answer them.  PC games are untested since I do not have a proper PC to do so, but they all did work fine up until they had been put into storage.
