Delivery

We use a national courier for some of our deliveries. Some deliveries are also carried out by local private couriers ensuring a quick prompt delivery service.

We aim to deliver within 5-10 working days. However during busy periods you may experience a delay.


Delivery Restrictions:

We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Any region above Aberdeen or any other offshore islands.

General Delivery conditions:

PLEASE PROVIDE A VALID CONTACT NUMBER WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER IF THIS IS NOT RECEIVED THIS MAY RESULT IN A DELAY OF DELIVERY AS COURIERS MAY NOT CARRY OUT DELIVERY UNTIL THIS IS PROVIDED

All deliveries are to the front door of your property (the couriers are not insured to enter private residences in case of a trip/fall or damage to your personal belongings).

If you reside in a block of flats delivery is to the ground floor of the building only.

Please inspect the item before taking delivery.

We cannot guarantee specific times of delivery.


Returns/Damages

Please make sure the packaging is intact when accepting delivery.

If there are any visible signs of damage on the packaging,

PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY.

Please inform us of any damaged items and we will re-dispatch your item swiftly (Please see the return policy below).

If any items have a manufacturing fault, we will replace them for you swiftly. Please notify us within writing within 7 days.

Please do measure before ordering as we cannot accept any returns due to the bed not fitting within the space available.

Return Policy

Returns will only be accepted if the item is in the original packaging.

If you are not fully satisfied with the item you have purchased from us please notify us via email within a 7 day period of receipt of the goods stating why you want to return the item(s).

In case of the damaged item please send the description of the damage supported by the pictures straight away via email to us.

In both of the above cases you (the buyer) will have to pay for the postage unless agreed and specified by us.

Once we have received the faulty goods we will refund the full cost of the original purchase together with the return postage you paid.

However, please note that if there is no fault associated with the item we will not refund the return postage (we will only refund the original cost of the item).
