• Truck-Stops products require professional installation, we are not responsible for installation. If the product is damaged during installation, we are not responsible for the refund unless damaged was caused by installation instructions that we or the product provided.

• If your item is damaged or defective upon receiving, please send us photo or video to illustrate the issue immediately. we will pay for your return/exchange shipping and we will be responsible to ship you your new item.
• You may return/exchange any unopened products in resalable condition, customer is liable for return shipping and reshipment shipping. After we receive the package, if product is in resalable condition, then we can offer the refund or exchange. NO RETURN or EXCHANGE will be accepted due to missing hardware and without original packaging is returned. 10% restocking fee will be charged for returns and exchanges unless it was due to our fault, which includes only ( product is defective , wrong item was shipped , Shipping damages). 
• We go to great lengths to ensure that the item we ship is undamaged and functional. As we have replacement parts for most items, certain damaged pieces due to shipping damages ( Most of our shipping comes with shipping insurance) or manufacture defected items ( All of our products also come with Manufacture defects warranty) will be replaced with replacement parts as first option. If replacement parts do not resolve the issue, a return for refunds ,exchanges or compensation will be used to resolve        the issue.
•  All return and cancellation shipping and handling fees of all the orders are non-refundable.
• No returns will be accepted after 30 days of date of purchase. (Unless special warranty or policy is stated in item description)
