Colour Mill’s Oil-Based Food Colouring is designed so you can apply consistent, high-quality colours to virtually any edible medium.

While you may find you struggle to thoroughly mix through water-based gels, as they repel from the oils in your baking, Colour Mill’s oil-based formula means the colour disperses through every part of a fat-rich medium, like eggs, butter and sugar – the result is impressively vivid, evenly coloured creations. It’s perfect for colouring buttercream, Swiss meringue, cake batter, chocolate, ganache and sugar paste, as well as a huge variety of other icings and batters.

Colour Mill’s Food Colourings are highly concentrated for stunningly vibrant results, where a little goes along way – only a tiny drop or two is needed to produce bold colours. With 28 colours to choose from, you’re spoilt for choice when it comes to finding the right colours to complement your bakes and decorations!

Colours are available in 20ml and 100ml options.

Ingredients:
glycerol E422, colours: E171 & E133, emulsifier & stabiliser: lecithin E322.

Allergen free, gluten free, suitable for vegetarians, vegans, Halal and Kosher diets.

Shake well before use. Build up to your desired shade one drop at a time, using a toothpick or cocktail stick to apply the colour to your mixture, and be sure to allow colours time to develop and deepen.

Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
