Item Conditions

 

All of the scans seen on our listings are ours! They are not stock images. Here is our condition scale:

  • POKEMON CARDS: This is our condition scale for Pokemon Cards. These are the best estimates we can provide. The item pictured is the exact item you will receive. If you are condition sensetive please do not hesitate to contact for in depth pictures. For cards in between these conditions they'll be listed with a slash (ex. NM/M).
    • MINT (MT) - Cards in (MT) condition are in flawless condition. No signs of wear present.
    • NEAR MINT (NM) - Cards in (NM) condition are close to (M), but can have slight scratching, edge wear, and or chiping.
    • LIGHTLY PLAYED (LP) - Cards in (LP) condition have visable evidence of wear. This could be in the form of minor indents, whitening, nicks, and or scuffs. Eye appeal will be satisfactory. 
    • MODERATLEY PLAYED (MP) - Cards in (MP) condition have more advanced signs of whitening, minor to major indents, nicks, light creasing, and or scuffs. Noticable wear. 
    • HEAVY PLAYED (HP) - Cards in (HP) condition have major whitening, indents, nicks, and or scuffs. Creasings and damage is likely to be present on these cards. This condition also includes damaged cards. 
  • SPORTS CARDS: This is our condition scale for Sports Cards. These are the best estimates we can provide. The item pictured is the exact item you will receive. If you are condition sensetive please do not hesitate to contact for in depth pictures. For cards in between these conditions they'll be listed with a slash (ex. NM/M).
    • MINT (M) - Cards in (M) condition are in flawless condition. No flaws present to the naked eye
    • NEAR MINT (NM) - Cards in (NM) condition could have one or two imperfections. This includes soft corners, slight edge wear, a printing imperfection, and or color imperfection. 
    • EXCELLENT (EX) - Cards in (EX) condition can have minor surface scratches, soft corners, edge wear, and or print spots. Eye appeal will be satisfactory.
    • VERY GOOD (VG) - Cards in (VG) condition can have moderate round corners, slight surface wrinkle/crease, noticable scuffs, and or noticable discoloration.
    • GOOD - POOR (GD-PR) - Cards in (GD-PR) are in bottom of the barrell condition. They can have a major crease/wrinkle, rounded corners, discoloration, fading, staining, ink, and or ripped. 
  • GRADED CARDS: You will receive the exact card that is shown in the images, but if there is a multiple QTY then you will receive the same card with the same grade (just might not be the same certification #).

 Payment must be completed within 4 days of the winning bid or accepted offer. An unpaid item case will follow if not paid in this time frame
  • Shipping

Orders under $20 will be shipped with eBay Standard envelope with tracking and protection. We do not use toploaders but Shipping Shields. Anything above $20 or exceeds 3oz will be shipped in bubble mailer with protection and tracking. We plan to ship all items within 1 business day.

You are recieving the item that is listed. Just because something doesn't meet your grading standards doesn't allow for a return. There are NO returns, and NO cancellations. All sales are final.

Can you combine multiple cards, if so how much is shipping? - Yes, we do. Whatever the highest shipping cost is (ex. $3.99 or $0.99) will be the base shipping price, and each item after that is $0.10 extra. (Ex. 3 cards, each shipment cost says $0.99 on listing, so your total at checkout will be $1.19 for shipping). Shipping cost automatically adjusts at checkout for Pokémon

My order say's delivered but its not here, what do I do? - Sometimes eBay's Standard Envelope will be marked as delivered and will arrive 1-3 business days after. If it hasn't, go to your local post office and ask for assistance.
