Royal Mail 2nd class, Despatched Monday - Friday, expect 2-3 days for your delivery to arrive, on occasions it may take longer. 

Larger and more expensive items will be sent "Recorded / Signed for" Royal Mail.

Returns & Refunds

If there is a problem with your purchase, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can help resolve this with you.

On the occasion that the item is found to be faulty you will be offered a replacement, if that is not possible you will receive a refund of the total amount paid and any cost involved in posting it back to us.

If you decide the item is not what you expected or you have changed your mind and want to return it, a refund will be given once the item has been returned to us "Just Allsorts" in the condition in which it was posted out, the cost of return postage in this instance will be paid for by you the purchaser.
