Delivery
Our smaller item orders are sent with Royal Mail, all other items are sent with the courier DPD Local except extra large items which are sent via a specialist courier. All extra large items will be highlighted in their description.
Please ensure you have a contact telephone number on your account should we need to contact you regarding your delivery.
- Orders will be shipped the same day when ordered before 2pm, except extra large items which may have a one working day delay depending on time of purchase.
- All orders are shipped on a next working day delivery service.
- Royal Mail sent items do not have a next day guarantee so please allow an extra working day for your order to arrive.
- Delivery of your order will take place between Monday and Friday usually between 9am-5pm
DPD Local Deliveries
- If you provide us with a mobile telephone number DPD Local will text you on the day of delivery with a one hour approximate time slot. This will also be sent via email.
- DPD Local can deliver to safe places / drop off shops / neighbors, if you are not going to be at the delivery address at the specified time, please use the tracking number on your order details at the DPD Local website to give instructions.
- All delivery addresses regarded as remote or non-mainland UK such as Scottish highlands / Northern Ireland will be subject to a shipping fee and a two working day delivery time.
International
The same shipping methods apply; orders shipped outside the UK will have a shipping fee and longer delivery time.
Delays
We will always ensure that your ordered items do get shipped on time, unfortunately if the courier or postal services suffer with delays we cannot be held responsible for this; we are not responsible for any loss of earnings due to delivery delays. We will do everything in our power to help with any delivery complications.
Luxlight are committed to providing quality products that we hope you will enjoy, we understand that now and again a product may need to be returned or exchanged, so all of our items come with a 1 year warranty and a 14 day cooling off period.
- You must notify us of your intent to cancel within 14 days from the day you receive your item.
- You can contact us through Ebay messaging system to engage the returns process and receive your unique reference number.
- Our returns address is Luxlight, Unit 1 Mercia Way, Bells Close Industrial Estate, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE15 6UG.
- All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition, complete with all accessories supplied.
- A full refund including shipping fee will be processed on the items arrival and inspection at our warehouse.
We only accept PayPal payments, ensuring a secure transaction and giving you the benefit of their seller protection policy. If you want to pay using a credit card you can contact us directly after clicking the ‘Pay Now’ button. We do not accept any other types of payment through the Ebay marketplace. If you’re using Paypal for the first time, make sure your address is verified before trying to purchase, otherwise the payment may be sent as an e-cheque, which will delay payment and delivery of your order.
