The SeaHunter Mark II boasts a unique, groundbreaking technology in the form of a patented Discrete Trash Elimination mode that discriminates small thin items unlike any conventional pulse induction (PI) detector, avoiding rubbish at the expense of valuable targets has long been a problem of conventional PI detectors. But now, thanks to the microprocessor-driven, Sea Hunter Mark II, you can exclude rubbish items from detection with little or no effect on targets with a similar conductivity. This sophisticated detector boasts an enhanced discrimination mode, in addition to a standard one, which enables it to differentiate between targets precisely. Simply switch on the Sea Hunter II's Discrete Trash Elimination mode, set the dial to eliminate ring pulls and you'll still receive signals from most thin gold rings. This unique search mode helps you to zero in on finds without digging up a lot of rubbish. With its ability to allow underwater or (out of water) land headphones option plus the ability to attach a larger search coil should you wish to the SeaHunter is an extremely versatile unit
With our unique Discrete Trash elimination technology, the Sea Hunter Mark II can eliminate most pull tabs and foil without significantly degrading the sensitivity of rings and coins in Discrete Elimination mode. A favourite detector for treasure hunters around the world because of its ability to ignore salt water, it can be used underwater with a short stem or on the beach with its long stem configuration. Its electronic housing may be mounted above, below or under the cuff in either short or long stem configuration. It may also be carried in the belt pouch provided.
