Campden (potassium metabisulfite) tablets are a convenient way to accurately sulfite fruit juice or wine. Contains 57% sulfur dioxide. Dissolve tablets in juice or wine:
-1 crushed tablet per gallon of must.
- add tablets to must at least a full day before you pitch your yeast as the tablets may kill your yeast.
- tablets can also be used to create a sanitizing solution.
Note: Do not take internally.
