Shipment
The purchased products will be shipped by the date specified in the sale with Express Courier (GLS, Bartolini, UPS, DHL) or by the method specified in the sale. Sale items are always available and INSTANT shipping except momentary absence due to inventory restocking or delays in delivery from our suppliers. In case of delay you will be contacted for verification order.
The shipments are at the sole risk of the buyer unless you paid the amount specified for insurance in the sale.
Terms of sale
The products sold by us are always new, unless otherwise stated in the sale. The buyer agrees to pay once purchased within 3 days from date of purchase. All these localities have a surcharge on the cost of shipping indicated in the sale:
Greece - € 10,00;
Spanish Islands / Andorra / Ceuta / Melilla / Canary / Gibraltar - € 15,00;
Corse - € 15,00.
Warranty
The product in sale is warranted against defects in manufacture for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
Return Policy
The right of withdrawal is exercised within 14 working days from the date of receipt only by persons (not for companies) and only if the object is not damaged or worn. You must write one mail in which explained that want to exercise this right for the item purchased to racingmoto2000@gmail.com.
Item must be sent to Italian address and the same period at your expense. The amount paid will be refund immediately without first shipping costs after we receipt the goods in our factory and we check the status of item refunded.
