RETURN POLICY

Hair Extensions are a hygiene product so should be returned in the same condition as received. 

Please note that we cannot accept any used/orn or tempered product. Please check the colour and length before removing extensions from their packaging. If any part of the packaging (including the golden hygiene band) has been removed, we reserve the right to refuse exchange / refund.

Caring for your extensions

We do not accept any liability for incorrect fitting of their hair extensions so it is imperative that hair is fitted by a qualified professional in this particular field of hair extensions. 

 

Our hair is human hair and can be dyed however we will not accept any liability for the outcome so it is important that you test a small amount first before dying the whole lot as you will void any return rights once the hair is dyed.
