Outstanding custom piece with Ruby in the center (the ruby appears natural with some abrasions). There are also diamonds, and what is likely sapphire or tourmaline.
The pendant is nearly 2” long and 1.5” wide 13.8 grams. The pendant tests as silver and the bezels appear to be rose gold.
