In recent times, a cheaper method of stonework has emerged whereby pre-cast or pre-fabricated imitation stone issued. While, to the untrained eye, that stone can look similar to natural stone, it inevitably fades, cracks and becomes discoloured. With natural stone,you are afforded the peace of mind of knowing that the stone is durable,strong, and will stay true to its original colour. Every product we make is hand carved by our fully qualified, City & Guilds trained stonemasons in the time honoured traditions of the trade. Since the dawn of civilization mankind has been creating works of art out of stone. Buildings, sculptures and monuments all have two things in common: they all come from the stone of the earth and they are all built to last!

One beautiful characteristic of natural stone is that there are no two pieces of natural stone alike. Some stones may have extreme variation in colour, shading and veining from slab to slab and quarry to quarry. This is part of the inherent beauty of using a natural product in your home or project. It should therefore be expected when purchasing a natural stone product.

DELIVERY Delivery costs are £60.00 for a standard size pallet to mainland U.K It will be delivered via a Haulage Company and be brought as close as possible to your property going over SOLID FLAT GROUND only using a pull along stacker truck. Sorry there are NO timed deliveries but you are welcome to choose a morning or afternoon slot if this helps.

Return policy

Upon delivery, you have 24 hours in which to notify us of any damage to your new fireplace. All fireplaces are made of natural stone and therefore as stated all have beautiful characteristics such as colourings and markings (veins and fossils).

Bespoke Products

Once we have started manufacture of your bespoke item, we will be unable to accept any returns. It is important that you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, should you change your mind.

Standard Products

Upon delivery, you have seven days to notify us that you wish to return your standard item. We ask that you return the item to us in the condition it was received at your expense. Upon receipt of the item in good condition, a refund of the cost, minus the initial postal costs will be refunded using the same method used to make the purchase.
