Payment must be made within 7 days of purchase otherwise an unpaid item case will be opened up against the buyer.
Returns are accepted in all of our listings UNLESS specifically specified in the description of the item.
If you have purchased an item by mistake, or have mis-read / understood an items description, then a 20%* charge will be deducted from your refund
If an item is faulty or damaged upon delivery and you wish to return the item, then we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent and for the faulty / damaged item to be returned at our expense.
