Damaged Items:
For items that are damaged in transit, we will replace it at no extra cost to you. If the item(s) is damaged in transit, an exchange will be made or a refund issued which ever you chose. Please contact us directly to let us know, we aim to please.

We offer a money-back guarantee on products returned back to us within 30 days of receipt. In order to receive proper credit on your return, please contact us to request a Return Authorization Number (RA) - This will allow us to process your return when it comes back to our warehouse. If the package is refused or returned without our issuing of an RA or without the RA # on it, a restocking fee will be applied. We will be unable to refund your cost of the original shipping if you decide that you do not want the order after it has already been submitted.
We do not issue prepaid return labels. All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact to ensure no damage on return shipment. All returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer. Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above including our shipping costs.
