LP - Light edge wear or minor warping, no creases or white/black splotches on the card surface.

MP - More edge wear, with potential rounding/whitening of card corners due to wear. No white/black splotches on the card surface. Warping may be present. There may be a very small crease but only when very little other wear is present.

HP - Whitened edges and corners may be present on the card. A small-moderate crease may be present. Card may be fairly warped.

Damaged - Heavy creasing or permanent visual damage to the card may be present.
