This is an original , 1980's vintage Prism large Decal applied to a newer sturdy aluminum license tag for a car / truck / van.

The black & sliver color image script ,  is the old style prism / rainbow colors , which shine bright in the sunlight.

This tag has never been applied to a car , as the four holes top/bottom in the metal tag , have never been punched thru the decal surface.

 hard to find , great to also hang in a man-cave , as colors are a beauty.
