The motherboards are not in working condition

The main 1: T-Mobile Network. It has a problem of power on battery, only be able to turn on by plugged in. WiFi feature is not working

Main board 2: is Verizon Network, it is could be unlocked as well. It had a Google Account Locked. Owner tried to unlocked it but brick the software. It is currently turn on in download mode but don’t show detect in PC
