The vehicle has been in my basement for many years. Overall this is in fairly decent condition for having been loose (not stored in a box). The blades appear to roll properly when the vehicle is pushed. There are obviously some paint issues around the vehicle that are evidenced in the photos. Largely there are paint (and possibly rust?) issues on the top and around the seat. The rubber tires on the yellow hubs may also be loose and come off, as I have seen with other yellow hub vehicles. I do not have the original box for this vehicle, so it is being sold in loose shape.  I try to describe everything as I would want it described if I was the buyer.
