Payment:
- We always accept payments through PayPal.
- E-Checks and Credit Cards are also accepted through PayPal.
Shipping (Domestic):
- Please allow 24 hours for processing your order.
- Orders do not ship on U.S. Postal Service and FedEx holidays or weekend.
- Weekend orders will be shipped on the following Monday.
- The purchased items are shipped to buyer's eBay user ID address.
- We ship via FedEx and U.S. Postal Service
- Free Shipment applies to Continental United States locations only.
- Free Shipment does NOT apply to buyers from Alaska, Hawaii as well as US Protectorates including: American Samoa, Guam, Mariana Island, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S.Virgin Islands and APO/FPO.

Shipping (International):
- International and Expedited orders are subject to actual shipping charges
- All International shipments are dispatched through U. S. Postal Service in 6-10 business days.
- Processing time of your packages usually takes 2 business days after payment received.
- You will receive an email notification of shipment with tracking number.
Return or Exchange:
- First and foremost, we want you to be happy.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days
- Returned item must be in the original packaging complete with all original materials shipped and showing NO signs of use.
- Credit for your return will be issued back onto the PayPal account or Credit Card that you used. Please allow up to 7 days from the time we receive your return for processing your refund. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
- If you are returning a shipment internationally, be sure to mark it with NO VALUE. Any international packages shipped to us that are marked with any value (thus imposing duty payment upon us) will be refused by us.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping charge expenses.
- We reserve the right to deduct our shipping costs as well as eBay & PayPal fees from returned items.
Discrepancies:
- If you have received a damaged or discrepancy package upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and retain all original packaging and box.
- We may request digital pictures of the damage/ discrepancy item(s) for reference, and arrange FREE replacement after we receive the pictures.
