This was 1 of 2 "John Smith" shirts, this one is not the Hero and was used as back up, also, the patch has not been aged or dirty. 

This was obtained via a private liquidation of the wardrobe & props from the show. Unfortunately, the liquidator removed almost all the tags from everything so had to find these pieces via screen shots. No COA was issued as items were sold under a general label as "TV Show Liquidation Sale".
