I ship fast, every day but Sunday. Most every item ships USPS Priority Mail or First Class. Some larger items ship USPS Parcel Post to keep your shipping cost down. To my International Customers, due to high levels of fraud, I have recently suspended shipping to several countries. If you have ordered from me before, please email me and I will do my best to accommodate you.
I strive to provide the highest quality, most durable, safe and fun products. Dogs play with toys in many ways, some much more aggressively than others. Therefore I can make no promise that our products are tougher than your dog (wish I could). My return policy / warranty is very clear and covers manufacturers defect only please. I do not issue refunds or replacements of toys damaged by aggressive play or chewing unless the product listing states a manufacturer replacement warranty.
