Lovely Edwardian 9ct Gold Photo/Picture Locket, & Early Pics,

Here is a beautiful ornate edwardian photo/picture locket & early pictures. The locket measures  one inch by nearly one & a quarter inches excluding the bail and is all made of 9ct yellow gold with a lovely patina to the gold. The locket is a lovely early edwardian photo locket, oval with lovely early engravings all around the border in a embossed style &  which you open on one side & put a photo in, & then has its origional glass over it, with this one having lovely early pics of a attractive edwardian lady in period dress, a lovely clear pic. On the back its closed in with initials on it & the locket has its typical edwardian quality  good size bail for attatching to a chain  & is clearly marked for the early 9ct gold mark & is totally original to the edwardian era & as with age & wear the back has dents to it, although this doesnt detract but mentioned for total accuracy, see pics . However this really is a lovely edwardian treasured locket in  good origional complete condition as stated and a good early example ready to be worn.
