**Highly recommend arrange delivery of your item to where someone is always home during the day as the item will be left at the front door if no one is home. Out it goes auctions will not be held accountable if the item goes missing due to no one being available to sign for the item.

Heavy items (Uprights / Ovens / washing machines / dryers etc..) will be required to be booked in for delivery.

Delivery dates are MON- FRI only, once delivery date is agreed upon / booked, on the day of delivery time slots / times frames ARE NOT advised, someone MUST be home to except delivery.
If no one is home an additional minimum charge of $85.00 will be applicable (increase depends on delivery details / location)
Delivery point is onto driveway / carport or garage, driver will not deliver up any stairs, or into the home.

Driver will not take away any packaging or remove any existing appliances at the property.
