Shipping

Shipping costs are dependent on country and location that goods are being shipped to. Please see item description and postage section for more information. Please note that we include a small contribution towards the cost of packaging materials and our time in assembling orders with the postage and packing charge.

UK Customers We ship most UK orders via Royal Mail or Hermes Insured Courier.  Larger orders depending on weight may be shipped via DPD or Parcelforce Insured Couriers at our discretion.

International Customers We ship most international orders via Ebay Global Shipping or Royal Mail International Post.

Terms of Sale

All payments are expected to be recieved within 5 days of item purchase.
If purchasing multiple items, please add all your items to your shopping cart. If you need to have your shipping costs combined,  please wait for a discounted combined invoice.

We are happy to accept goods back for return, as long as they are returned in the same unopened condition as when posted. The customer is responsible for all postage charges and ensuring that package is adequately wrapped and correctly addressed. A refund or replacement will be issued (less our postage charges).

The customer has 10 days from date of purchase to return the product (UK customers), or 30 days for international customers, or to contact us with details.
