- Within the first 30 days of purchase, customers are eligible for a full refund. We will also provide a prepaid postage label in instances where the product has developed a fault.
- Within the first 60 days of purchase, customers are eligible for a free repair or replacement (please note that accidental damage is not included).
- After 60 days post purchase, our warranty covers the cost of labour only. The costs of parts will be paid by the customer.
