This is a rare c1899-09 vintage child’s wooden pencil/pen stationary box entitled LAWN -TENNIS TOURNAMENT with a picture of what looks like a doubles game being played in period Victorian costume and a tennis racket in the foreground.It even has the original child’s name and address of Marjorie Moore, Kinyks Arms Inn High St, Egham, Surrey.It is in a good but very well used condition and it’s measurements are 23.7cm long x 5.1cm wide x 5.1cm deep.(p.sMarjorie was living at the pub in the great census of 1911).
