This is a nice piece to fill a wall. Many issues noted below and low price will reflect it as I am looking to move it.

This is a home-made piece made by someone. The picture is NOT original, it is a colored print glued to a metallic frame that was painted.

Corners may be coming off as the glue used doesn’t seem to be working on some. Picture may not be centered. I did not try to re-glue it for transparency.

Another problem, if the picture is HORIZONTAL, the hole to mount is only for vertical pictures. However, the metal frame is a good 1.25” deep with a nice lip in it so it will sit no problem however way you want to mount it to your wall. (Nail, screw or hook)
