Over 10 years since the SPD-S and SPD-SX, we have been able to achieve even higher quality performance through field feedback and a wide variety of road tests. While taking advantage of the sampling pad technology cultivated in previous models, it boasts an optimal pad arrangement, enhanced functions, and robustness that can withstand intense use.

A large color display, customizable multi-color PAD LEDs, and backlit buttons make it easy to see even on dark stages. In addition, it has a wide variety of output terminals and a TRIGGER IN terminal, and supports hi-hat control and expression pedals, so you can make even more flexible settings.

~ Customizable multi-color PAD LED ~

A multi-color PAD LED is mounted on the line that divides each pad. All 9 pads can be identified even on a dark stage. Each LED arranged vertically/horizontally can be freely customized. For example, you could group kicks, snares, backing tracks, and clicks with different colors. In addition, the LED under each pad can be switched between constant, hit, and WAV playback.

A large 4.3-inch LCD color display shows vital information in real time, such as instrument name and playback progress relative to the length of the entire audio sample. Backlit buttons make adjusting and checking settings quick and easy, even on dark stages.

The SPD-SX PRO is equipped with 9 highly durable pads. In addition, the three pads on the shoulder part have improved sensor structure so that triggering can be performed regardless of the setting angle, improving playability. The size of the pad and housing is the same as the previous SPD-SX series, so you can play without any discomfort even if you replace it with another SPD-SX series.
