Information about REVISED / 3rd EDITION Cards :

Released in 1994 by Wizards Of The Coast the Revised Edition contained 306 MTG cards (121 Rares , 95 Uncommons , 75 Commons and 15 Basic Lands ) which were all WHITE BORDERED cards in the English Version.

There was no expansion symbol on these cards and contained the 1994 Copyright © symbol only at the bottom. The English versions are all white bordered cards while the French, German and Italian were released in Black Bordered versions since this was the inaugural edition for those languages.

Revised/ 3rd Edition cards gave players and collectors alike the opportunity to own cards from the very first ABU ( Alpha, Beta and Unlimited ) sets that had sold out quickly upon their respective releases. The most valuable cards are the Ten Dual Lands .

In addition Revised was the first reprint set to remove certain cards and replace them with ones from earliest expansion sets ( Arabian Nights & Antiquities ).

The demand for these cards continues to increase to this very day as they offer an opportunity to own and play with MTG cards that otherwise would not be available to most players and collectors alike.
