How do I check the status of my order?

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
  • If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please comtact us via eBay message as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

(1) 14 DAYS EFFORTLESS RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Products in brand new, unopened condition with full original packaging may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 14 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address.

We will replace your product if the original item had a manufacturing defect within 14 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address.

Please contact us by leaving a message first for detailed guidance on return and exchange. Once the returned item arrives back in our warehouse for inspection, we will start the refund or exchange process.

 

(2) Return & Exchange Requirements

Please make your selection carefully as we are unable to accept this product for refund or exchange if you simply change your mind or if you made an incorrect purchase. This product is covered by the Customer Charter and comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This product also comes with a manufacturer warranty.

1. The product must be returned in a brand new, unused condition with the full original packaging.
2. Return items must be shipped to our designated shipping address.
3. Returns must include all accessories.
4. For non-quality warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs, we will refund the cost of the product itself.

We shall have the right to reject the return if the product does not meet the above 1-5 requirements.

 

(3) WARRANTY POLICY
We warrants our hardware products against defects in materials and quality under regular use for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of the end-user purchase. If you have any questions about claiming your warranty, please contact us ASAP by leaving a message.

Warranty Claim for Quality Issue Within ONE YEAR
1. For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished unit of equal value.
2. Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item

(l) Damage caused by other accessories used simultaneously with the product but not included in the product packaging.
(m) Damage caused by using without following instructions.
(n) The serial number, factory label, warranty certificate and other marks on the product are torn or altered
(o) Damage caused by misusing, collision, dropping, extreme temperatures, negligence, abusing, fluid intake, dampness, accident, alteration, incorrect installation, and operating devices improperly.
