For many, many years we have been busy beavering away selling great quality, innovative brands of workwear and safety boots here in Middletown. Slowly our dedication to customer service, our great range of products and our quest to bring a hint of humour to the otherwise dull dreary world of workwear lead us to a position where we are now the fourth largest workwear store in Middletown.
One day our great leader, Johnny Brix, strode among us and declared “ We need to set our sights on greater horizons than simply becoming the third largest workwear store in Middletown .”
“You mean ...Armagh ?”we asked in wonder.
“No, further than that.”
“Portadown ???”we spluttered incredulously.
“Even further than that” , Johnny said, “ Guys,lets bring our great brands , amazing customer service and giddy good humour to the long suffering souls that trudge their way through eBay looking for the great stuff we do.”
And so , here we are, a small family owned and operated company making our way in the wonderful world of workwear and safety boots. Yes, while we started doing this out of sheer love of workwear we have now reached a point where we realise that we need to get paid. All of the usual payment methods are acceptable EXCEPT live goats...we fell for that one once before and took a vow never to take that chance again....
Our initial strategy of using our own troop of flying monkeys was not as successful , or as much fun as we thought it would be so now we rely on these guys :
All joking aside we do take great pride in the way we handle returns.
If the product is faulty in any way we will either refund you or replace it. If the size is not as you expected we will exchange it or refund you. If you do not like it when you receive it we will exchange it or refund you. If you woke up in a funny mood and just don’t want it anymore we will exchange it or refund you. You decide.
