The Beat Of Brazil

My mother, like my father and I, was a musician and had, among her teachers, Magda Tagliaferro and Lea Bach. But who was Lea Bach? Born in Torelló - Spain in 1891 died in Rio de Janeiro in 1988. I leave here the link for a better understanding of the dimension that Lea Bach has in concert music, especially in her favorite instrument, the harp.

( https://aharpanordestina.blogspot.com/2021/03/lea-bach.html?m=1) just ask for Google Translator.

Here a link from New York Times about her debut in that city:

Although I can't see any visual traces under strong light, I remember perfectly my mother blaspheming against this very rare copy made with cheap material. She was referring to the plics and plocs...it is so worth to be converted into a cd for perfect listening, this is a unique opportunity to acquire a very rare and unique record by this extraordinary artist.
