Vintage TOOTSIETOY 959.  Excellent Condition. This came from an avid TOOTSIETOY collector who literally had thousands of them and took great care storing and displaying them as you can see from the pictures. I was fortunate to acquire almost 150 of these gems. This is an excellent example of his collection. If you are a collector...this is for you!
