How to Cook "Dok Jok"
Ingredient: (for 4 persons)
1 Cup Rice Flour
1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1 Cup Tapioca Flour
3/4 Cup Clear Limestone Water
1/2 Cup Water
1 Egg Yolk
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
5 Tablespoons Sugar
4 Tablespoons Black and white sesame seeds
Vegetable oil for Frying

Direction :
1. Sift the rice flour, all-purpose flour and tapioca flour together into a mixing bowl.
2. Add clear lime stone water and stir.
3. Add egg yolk, vegetable oil, salt, sugar and sesame. Mix thoroughly.
4. Pour vegetable oil in a cooking pot around 2" depth, heat it at med/low heat.
5. Warm the flower shaped mold in a hot oil, leave it till it's hot then shake off the excess outside
6. Dip a hot mold into the flour mixture at ONLY 3/4 of height of a mold. so cookies could drop off later.
7. Dip your mold which had already fu ll with mixed flour into the hot oil,not too deep, just cover cookies
8. leave it few seconds then lightly shake cookies off from a mold to leave cookies into hot oil
(At first try, you may use spoon or chopstick to help on this step)
9. Flip frying cookie over, wait only few seconds once it's become golden brown, then it's done!.

Tips: place it on a paper towel first to reduce exceed oil.
