For delivery, we offer free shipping to the mainland UK, which includes England, Wales, and Scotland (excluding The Highlands). If you want delivery to an address beyond the mainland UK, please email us to know the delivery charges. We aim to dispatch your order within two working days from when you place your order. 

Please note that Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. 

We use FedEx as our preferred logistics provider and provide a next-day parcel service. You have the right to cancel your order. However, if your order has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for paying the return charges.
