As a result, we like to pass the savings on to our customers and sell at below cost. Returns
- Our goal is to provide each one of our customers with a great shopping experience. If at any time you have any problems with one of our items, rest assured that we will try to resolve your concerns quickly and fairly.
- All of our items come with a 14 calendar return policy (unless stated otherwise). All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you receive an item that was not as described we will issue a return label and a replacement or refund (at the seller's discretion) within 3 business days after we receive the unit and it is verified by one of our technicians. RMAs are required for all returns. Returns/refunds are void for international buyers. Please contact us via email or our eBay messaging system for instructions using "Other".
- We ship all items via UPS/USPS from 30058. Items are sent to a confirmed Paypal address only. A signature is needed on items over $100. Please contact us before checking out for the combined shipping rate.
- Shipping cut-off time is 1 PM EST - Most items (except large/freight items) will be shipped within two (2) business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Customers will be contacted in the event of this exception.
- Our shipping system will automatically update your eBay account and send an email to your PayPal-verified email address with tracking information.
- All pickups are by appointment only. Please contact us before paying for your item to schedule an appointment.
- If you have special requests send them via the eBay message system, our shipping department will not see if it is added to the checkout notes.
Payment
- We accept Paypal Only.
- Payment must be received within 7 days.
- Unpaid cases open automatically on the 8th day.
