STAR WARS RUSSIAN BOOTLEG BOSSK (PINK COLOR)

One 3" 3/4 (9,5 cm) RUSSIAN Star Wars bootleg action figure: BOSSK, PINK VARIATION. It has never been played with, and has tight limbs. It looks extremely mint, brand new, because these figures came from the overstock from when the factory closed in 2005. The Russian factory produced them between the late 90s and 2005.

These bootlegs were manufactured by the same factory that produced the vintage line of Russian bootlegs. This is a figure that comes from the factory overstock that was never put into cards and that was kept in a Russian warehouse for years. It comes from the time when the factory stopped producing in 2005. They are all identical and in the exact same TOP condition.

The PINK BOSSK figure is an icon of bootleg Star Wars collecting  because of the psychadelic and bright interpretation the artists from the Russian factory made of this character. It has 10 points of articulation! (1 x head, 2 x arms, 2 x legs, 2 x forearms, 2 x feet, 1 x hip) The figure has great detail, specially the head sculpt.

This collection has become famous among vintage and modern collectors alike because of its vintage-style artwork, which is unique to this line of collectibles, bridging the gap between the two lines of Star Wars knock-offs that were produced in Russia in the 90s (vintage -in the early 90s- and modern -in the late 90s-), since the movies were released in the Former Soviet Union only in the 1990s.
