This is a stunning dress by Jeffrey Dabbs Couture dating from 1960s.  Ideal for a ball, or an evening dress for a very special occasion.  
The main fabric is emerald silk. The bodice is hand decorated in pearls and green sequins with hanging green beads.  It has a matching green silk belt with large side bow. 
The dress is trimmed at the neck and on the cuffs with claw set green stones, tiny pearls and green sequins.  
The dress is fully lined with dark green viscose and there are two layers of tulle net petticoats.  
The dress fastens at the back with a zipper fastener.  
A unique dress perfect for a special occasion.  
Size - best fit for a modern size 12 - bust 34 inches - pit to pit is 17 1/2 inches - waist 28 inches.  Hips are free fitting due to flared skirt.  Length from shoulder to hem 56 1/2 inches.  Shoulder to shoulder 15 inches.
