Step2: Then go to "Purchase history" 

Step3: Then use “Contact Seller” option, attach your photo(s) to the message.

2. Image might have to be crop, and size might be altered to fit the full front case.

 

3. Images having irregular measurements will be filled with Black background.

 

4. Image might be fit vertically or horizontally which ever fits the best way.

SHIPPING POLICY

The order will be dispatched within 24h after the payment is cleared Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed next business day.

The shipping can take 5-20 (Europe) and 15-30 (rest of the world) business days.

The shipping time can be different to eBay estimated delivery time, it is because eBay calculates it automatically and it is not in our control to change it. Combined postage costs are available. For combined postage to take effect first add items to shopping cart only after proceed to checkout. We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

Items are shipped via standard international shipping which doesn't include tracking option however if you buy multiple items or the package is over 50 grams it will be dispatched with on-line tracking option. On-line information will be visible on local post office web page and as soon as there is a record of it in destination country if it supports the tracking system used by origin post office. Packages with on-line tracking option can be tracked here (track-trace.com/post). Once items are handed to shipping services it is not in our control to effect shipping time, it can be delayed due to transit operation, working speed of sorting centers, bank holidays in different countries, natural disasters etc.

 

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted once the goods are returned within 30 days of receipt and returned in unused condition, please make sure the items are well packed, we will not refund damaged or lost items. Please add a note with your eBay ID and return reason to package content. If the item is damaged, faulty or not as described (in other words problem is our fault) please contact us. Sometimes all we need is a photo. If we need you to return the item, we will refund return postage at the same rate we charged you to post it. If you have received your item but have changed your mind about buying, then we still accept the return but we will refund only item cost. Please contact us if you have any problems, we are sure we can work it out.
