This is a group of 10 never-been-used antique paper labels for Redford's Prize Leaf Cigarettes. This is for their 10 pack sized packets. They are the typical size of cig packets of the period and these would simply glue around the inner card sleeve of the packet.
Probably from a manufacturers or retailers old shop stock that have never been used. Be assured these are genuine antique labels and NOT modern copies.

Scale is usually an English 1 penny coin which is 20mm in diameter which is just short of 7/8ths of an inch in diameter, or a universal Coke can, and we all know how big those are.
