Enlarged photos are provided on the listing to show condition and any significant defects. If requested prior to purchase, additional images and descriptions can be given.
It is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to request any additional information regarding condition about the product(s) from the seller before choosing to purchase.
Where additional info is not requested or supplied, the customer accepts minor cosmetic flaws or defects, not affecting the use of the product, may be present.

The “International postage of items may be subject to customs processing and additional charges” notice, which eBay posts on my listings, is not applicable to UK residents as Guernsey is not classed as “international” by Royal Mail and eBay already have added vat automatically, (which is included in the price you see on Buy it Now listings), No additional import charges are applied.
Guernsey post is rated under all Royal Mail First Class services, but unlike the UK we do not have 2nd class or economy options.

I send large letter post and small packages to selected overseas destinations but larger parcels are not normally offered due to the very high cost of shipping from Guernsey, however if you are happy to pay the price I am happy to send, (via tracked only).

ROYAL MAIL POSTAL DELAYS.
Delivery times to the UK from Guernsey are fairly swift, but sometimes weather conditions may cause small delays in items leaving the island.
In light of the recent Covid situation in the UK and Overseas there may also be delivery issues in your area, so your patience is appreciated as these are delays which I cannot control.
If an item goes does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, please message me and if possible include a phone number or address details of your local post depot. This would be a big help for me so I can contact them to check where your item is located via the package receipt ref which is scanned on entering the destination country and on delivery. There may also be an additional tracking number entered on eBay for express registered/signed for items.

VAT
REGULATIONS
From January 2021 E bay automatically started to add the 20% import vat, where applicable, as per HMRC compliance. This is included in the price you see on Buy it Now listings.
On Auction items, Ebay add the vat onto the end price so you are advised to calculate 20% on your highest bid amount plus any postage before bidding so you are aware of the total cost if you were to win.
For International buyers, you are required to know your own countries Vat and Duty laws.

REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS/RETURNS
One of the downsides of purchasing items such as clothing over the internet is that they may not fit or look as expected once on. Where an item doesn't fit, is not suitable, or you have changed your mind, please consider just selling it on instead of returning as this would be a much simpler option for both of us.
Should you prefer to return, then eBay gives 14 days to open a return request, you will have a further 14 days in which to post the item back once I have accepted the return. All I ask is that the item is posted back in the same condition and as well packed as it was when sent. This aids a safe return so I can resell.
All unpacking of returns are recorded in unbroken format.
Please appreciate that Items worn, used or damaged by a buyer cannot be returned. Items such as undergarments, shoes and earrings etc. are also not accepted for return due to hygiene reasons.

In
the unlikely event an item is damaged during transit, please message
me immediately with a clear photo showing the item and packaging so I
can decide whether to refund/replace without you having to return. I
would also need the photos to claim against
Royal
Mail for any financial loss. Postage
will be paid for significant seller error or transit damaged items
which require a return.
