Super Rare ! Pimania Automata Mel Croucher Vinyl LP with Artwork - ZX Spectrum.

Very rare ! - 1 of only 500 copies ever made in tribute to Mel Croucher, Automata and of course the Pi-man.

The album was printed by Feeding Tube records in America and as I mentioned above is one of only five hundred copies produced.

Everything is in as mint condition as you can see, the poster has never been opened apart from me to photograph it and the record itself hasn’t been played; for me the cartoons and artwork are the best, even with a reference to Clive Sinclair on the back - all in all a rare a collectible computer gaming history.

If there’s one thing which is tiny (3mm) there is a small split on the very edge of the sleeve for the LP which which was caused by the LP being in the sleeve - I’ve now bought a white sleeve for the LP to protect the one with artwork (it’s not noticeable but thought I should mention it) - please also note the actual Pimania game is not included but only shown for perspective height of the poster.

If you’re an Automata or computer game fan / collector then this is a must have.

Extract from Wikipedia:-

“In 2010 Feeding Tube Records, a small label in the United States, released "Pimania: The Music of Mel Croucher & Automata U.K., Ltd.", a deluxe vinyl LP album of the musical B-Sides to the Pimania games, as well as tracks from other Automata releases. The album came with extensive liner notes by Croucher and Caroline Bren, as well as a large poster featuring selections from the original Automata print campaigns and was issued in a one time edition of 500 copies”
